Matt. 5:1-12

MAN it's been too long since I've posted and I'm sorry for the long delays. My hubby has been traveling and it seems that this year is just much busier than last. It's all good stuff but just busy. I'll be posting today some posts and hopefully this next week I'll be back up to posting each week.

I do pray you are all doing well.

this months verse for me is Matt. 5:16

" Let your light shine before men in such a way that they see your good works and glorify your Father who is in Heaven."

AS I've been studying Matt. 5 this past couple of weeks. One theme that keeps surfacing is that I need to walk closely with my Heavenly Father in order to be able to walk in the spirit. Matt. 5:1-12 are the words of Jesus- telling us that if we live our lives with certain "character traits" then we can know what things we will be assured in heaven.

It made me become keenly aware of my need to have my Father's heart and my Father's eyes to see situations as they really are and to respond in the spirit rather than my flesh.

My greatest desire is for my life to not be the same today as it was yesterday ( okay I put tomorrow and no one corrected me. How embarrassing..... ) . I do want to be transformed into my Father's image. I don't want to remain the same and I want my life to show How my Father is working in my life.

I truly want " my father's light to shine through my life in such a way that men will see my works and glorify My Father who is in Heaven." -

along with this is Hebrews 1:1-4 I'll post some on this in a bit but you should read it because man- Father is really teaching me some AMAZING things! :) okay so go to the SoJo's link and check out what we are studying in Hebrews.
