2 Corinthians Chapter 1


1:3 " Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort."
1:4 " Who comforts us in all our afflictions so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."

I do pray that you all have a good day today - I hope that you are challenged to see suffering in a different way than just a burden or time of pain and suffering. But that you will see suffering as an opportunity to truly experience Christ's love , mercy and faithfulness. I pray that from your own suffering you will be able to share with others what Christ did in your life through that suffering. So that others might be encouraged and comforted.

Lord I pray that I would learn to glory in" suffering knowing that suffering brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character and proven character, hope, and hope does not disappoint, becasue the love of God has been pourd out wiht in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us." Romans 5:3-5
Lord please bring us to the place where we can truly live out this word to its fullest. Allow us to truly be a testimony of what Amazing Grace you show us and the Hope that we have in you!
